1Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 3300 platform (including the website at https://3300.mx and any associated mobile applications), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Use of this platform is restricted to individuals who meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
- Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- Not a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction that prohibits the use of such services.
- Not enrolled in any applicable self-exclusion programme.

2Account Creation, Security, and User Responsibility
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 3300 platform. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. 3300 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for compliance purposes.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate. False information may result in the immediate suspension or closure of your account.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. 3300 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account information secure.

3Payment, Deposit, and Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 3300 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). You agree that all deposits and withdrawals are subject to the minimum and maximum limits set by the platform, as well as any applicable processing requirements.
- Deposits can be made via the methods listed on the platform, including TNG eWallet, FPX, and online banking.
- Deposit funds will be credited once payment confirmation is received.
- 3300 does not accept third-party deposits — all deposits must come from an account registered in the user's own name.
- Withdrawals will be processed to the same account and payment method used for the deposit, subject to identity verification.
- 3300 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until the verification process is complete.
- Any bonus received is subject to wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be made.
Any applicable taxes or charges imposed by your bank or payment provider are the user's responsibility.
4Platform Usage Rules and User Conduct
By using the 3300 platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Registering more than one account or using another person's identity.

- Attempting to access 3300's systems or databases without authorisation.
- Providing false information during the identity verification process.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, balance freezing, and appropriate legal action.
5Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property, and Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
The 3300 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3300 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use this platform.
3300 does not guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption. Scheduled maintenance or technical emergencies may result in limited access from time to time.
Suspended or Closed Accounts
3300 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without notice, in the event of a terms violation, suspicious activity, or at the platform management's discretion. Any remaining balance in an account closed due to a terms violation may be forfeited, depending on the nature of the violation.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 3300 platform, including but not limited to logos, designs, text, images, and software, is the exclusive property of 3300 or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or use any such content without prior written permission.
Third-Party Links and Services
The 3300 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as payment providers. 3300 is not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or reliability of any such third-party services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
6Changes to Terms and Governing Law
Right to Amend Terms
3300 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted to the website. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically for the latest updates.
Continued use of the platform after any changes have been posted will be considered acceptance of and agreement to those changes. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and close your account.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. If a negotiated resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to a mutually agreed dispute resolution mechanism.
